  • Responsibilities
    • Developing relationships with existing and new key clients of the company (the largest banks in the country, MFIs);
    • Building trusting and loyal relationships with the heads of marketing departments and business units of partners;
    • Managing a portfolio of trusted clients and maximising revenue;
    • Promoting services and technologies as a business development tool for partners, including brand promotion, product promotion, customer acquisition and increasing customer loyalty.
    • Actively interacting with the company's marketing and business development departments to achieve client objectives.
    • Supervising the implementation of client projects and monitoring task implementation.
    Requirements
    • Successful B2B sales experience of at least a year, preferably in the field of digital/selling services (not physical goods);
    • Deep understanding of financial products and interest in this market;
    • High motivation for results;
    • Analytical skills;

  • Responsibilities
    • Development and implementation of an online attraction strategy, media planning, channel split management;
    • Collaboration with advertising channel specialists and product managers to improve performance to meet product KPIs;
    • Setting tasks for launching and optimizing advertising campaigns on the Internet and on the website (using CPC and CPA payment models). Analytics based on placement results;
    • Improving key performance indicators: CTR, CR, EPL, EPC;
    • Search for new channels of attraction and testing hypotheses to improve traffic quality;
    • Building reports on your products and interacting with the analytics team;
    • Managing internal formats in an application to improve performance;
    • Working with retention channels.
    Requirements
    • At least 3 years' experience in performance marketing, specifically in the promotion of mobile apps.;
    • Knowledge and understanding of the principles of the main advertising channels and payment models. Experience in conducting contextual or targeted advertising is advantageous. Experience of working with mobile traffic is essential.
    • Experience of working with mobile analytics systems such as AppsFlyer, App.Metrica or Mytracker is required. A strong command of web analytics (Google Analytics and Yandex.Metrica) is required. Experience of working with Tableau or similar software is desirable;
    • Multitasking and the ability to quickly respond to requests from internal and external clients. You will need to manage several projects simultaneously.
    • As an advantage: understanding and working with retention channels, working with audience segmentation.
